Wayne Graefen tells us that in 1960 Nelson A Rockefeller, then Governor of New York state, special ordered this Crown Imperial limousine to be coach built by the Ghia Carrozzeria in Turin, Italy. He specified the addition of the blind quarter area to the roof and the oval rear window. Of course the car has all the standard Ghia limousine equipment including power division glass, rear air conditioning and jump seats. It is a 350 HP, 413 cu. in. motor with torqueflite automatic. This is a fabulous car and arguably the most attractive post war Imperial. Wayne adds: "I am fortunate to be its caretaker."
