A few days ago has been celebrated the 20th edition of the famous "Sport et Collection 500 Ferrari Contre le Cancer", a charity event which reunites every year a magnificient line up of classic Ferrari cars at the French circuit of Val de Vienne... although this year most of the "Cavallinos" presented were modern cars. No problem at all, this lack has been supplemented by many other interesting sport cars of all kinds, as you can see in the variety of the main picture: a "Le Mans" style departure with an ultra rare 1956 Bugatti 252, plus a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette and Ferrari 275 GTB, among others. Also the race itself isn´t take as seriously as others, but is always a pleasure to see -and hear- machines as the Jaguar D-Type "pre-production" of photo 2 or the early Ford GT 40 of photo 6. And what about the rarely seen 1947 Bugatti 73? We only hope that the next 21th edition will be as interesting as this one...probably with even more classic Ferraris.
