A good tool to fight Scams

Unlike many other websites we check every single advert manually. That is to say we look into them and judge how likely it is if the advert may be posted by a scammer. We won't tell you what we're looking at as the villains themselves probably read this piece as well. But in general a scam advert is easy recognisable. Based on our judgement many adverts are never published. But sometimes it is really hard to say. A few scammers - luckily most are X-tremely stupid -  are clever! But the below advise is hard to crack, even for a full pro scammer.

When you are seriously interested ask for one or two NEW photos of the object. Ask the seller to send a photo with todays newspaper or a silly object like a wine opener (or whatever comes to your mind) on the hood/bonnet of the car.  An untrue seller will not have the possibility to send you any FRESH photos, as in general they work with photos they stole from other websites. Or from cars they have seen once but, have no longer access to.

When in doubt about an advert or transaction, DO NOT  proceed, DO NOT make any prepayment BUT send us an e-mail at [email protected]. We are here to help and have tons of experience with this kind of adverts. This kind of people. And the way they work.
