If you have ever wanted to own a Vincent motorbike, here’s your chance. But you will have show patience as it will not come on the market very soon. This one is a stunningly original 1952 Vincent Rapide in Chinese Red that has been untouched for nearly half a century. Discovered in Fresno, California -where it had been sold new by the local Fresno Indian dealer- the time capsule machine has 8500 original miles, matching numbers and California black license plate. But again, patience is the word, as it will be auctioned on January 6th, 2011 during the “Bonhams Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction” which will take place at the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino in the heart of the strip. Its auction estimate is $85,000-$100,000!
