Aston Martin: what, who, where and when?

At times we see pictures landing in the parts/automobilia section and start wondering.

OK, it's an Aston Martin and ok it is racing. But there are a few blancs that need filling.  We see car number #4 ( is this DBR4 ? ) cutting an S curve at a street circuit. Judging the advertising - ICA/SHELL/TICO Masters/ MARCHAL/DUNLOP -  it is probably Belgium or France. We leave the research to you.
