A Borgward Isabella cloud... (upd. New Zealand, Colombia, Argentina, USA, Australia and ?)

Jesper Tichelaar likes to spend his Sundays at the Opel Museum in Tijnje , Netherlands( funny, it is this week that Opel is celebrating its 150 years of existence). Anyway last week it was the Borgward Club that came along (Jesper also shot a short video). The ultra sturdy german machines all named Isabelle came in three shapes. Sedan, Coupe and Station. Each of them is an icon of the fifties in Germany. Das 'Wirtschaftswunder' in tin metal. We think the Borgward cars were only known in Western Europe, but we love to hear from you if you know about surviving Borgward cars in Peru, Alaska, Vietnam or any other location far form the factory. After the demise of themake in 1961 the machinery was sold to Mexico where a small series of P100 types were built until 1966. Do you own a surviving Mexican Borgward? We love to hear from you.
