Can you add to the history?

The Corporation of the Town of Gawler Centenary Celebrations 1-7-1957 Delma Baker, Gwen Helps and Mrs Mavis Curnow and Mrs Goodger standing behind.   Gawler,  a bit north of Adelaide. 

When Premier Playford came to Gawler by train to meet and dine with the Council to turn on the new lights along Murray street, transport was provided by Holden owners and arranged by Jack Curnow of Aero Motors,and after the event, dignatories were taken by these cars to the railway station.

Bruce Eastick 10/5/2012 says and Betty Curnow corrected, that..
