Rooftop trivia a Goggo !

Spotted recently by Karel Vermeer in Willingen, Germany. The railway in the background tells a bit more about the location (after careful study of Google maps we dare to conclude it is on top of the building at the T-junction of 'Zur Hoppecke'and 'Briloner Strasse'. The yellow one with a "fresh" TüV  (vehicle safety test) and the white one inhabited by a dwarf. Should we look at this scenery as art or creative marketing? Our friends at the Microcar Museum should be able to give an exact dating.
