Editor Rutger Booy has always had good memories of the Ford Cortina as he learned to drive in one at the age of fifteen. "My father bought one of the first in 1962. My mother hated the car as it always refused to start on a wet winter morning. Yet my father liked the car very much and bought two more!" The model is fifty years old this year and Ford will be celebrating this anniversary by showing several Cortinas at the Goodwood Revival this weekend. The Ford stand is in the RAC Earls Court exhibition, but you can't miss it. Just follow the Clamcab Girls!
