If there is one thing that will get you in the mood for December already it’s a stroll through Bond Street in central London. Just window shopping here can give you an enormous sense of festivities, with beautiful galleries and shops from Burberry, Mulberry, Charbonnel & Walker and, of course, Asprey.

Bond Street boasts a impressive number of Royal Warrants, and we found just the car to top off your visit there,. What’s more: it is offered for sale by Bonhams when they on December 1 in…  Bond Street!

The car in question is a Rolls-Royce Phantom VI Limousine of – circa – 1979, which was the factory demonstrator for years, kitted out with the highest possible specification, and is said to have been loaned to the Royal household on several occasions. Rolls Royce Motors, at one time, wrote about the car: “The specification has been designed to make our Phantom VI the ‘Showpiece’ of our demonstration fleet, and also to promote those extras that Mulliner Park Ward are keen to sell.'

The over 6 metres (19' 6") long car has remained in factory ownership from new but can now be yours when your Christmas wallet is deep enough… Full description here.
