The only Jaguar MK-V FHC in the world?

We received this photos of an amazing Jaguar Mk V from the same man who sent us the amazing Renault Primaquatre Saprar... We must say he has a most refined taste! Now we are not enough into Jaguar model history to make the rocksolid claim that this is the very single one in the world, but in the information at our disposal we couldn't find another one. Possibly a coachbuilder adapted a Drophead coupe to this wonderful creation. Or is it a factory one-off which manage to escape from the attention of the Jag historians? 

Update: for those who don't understand the double dutch of the remarks below. One has the idea the car is based on a saloon rather than a drophead.
