Spotted yesterday by Rick Nicolaas, in The Hague, Netherlands. Well, what is this horrendous sort of MkII not look-a-alike? We looked up and found Mitsuoka Motors is primarily a coachbuilder, tearing good new production cars to pieces, like the Nissan Micra/March, and replacing most of it with their own retro ideas.
It has also produced a sports car, the Orochi which is sort of a late nineties Mercedes W210 which has gone through the hands of Wheelers Dealers. Mitsuoka Motors is also guilty of producing a MG TD with scary detailing, called TD2000 and - here's the good news - only available in Japan. Mitsuoka Motor Has a sales outlet in the UK and is soon to launch the Mitsuoka Roadster (Himiko) which looks like XK150/Morgan Aero cross-over... We would be quite interested to see what the target audience is they found there to sell their products to.
