More Maastricht

You may have gotten the impression that at the recent Interclassics & Topmobiel at Maastricht you could only see Mercedes. Not true! There was a whole scala of classic cars wanting to be admired, ranging from the humble 1956 Citroën 2CV to an imposing Buick Super Sedan also of 1956 vintage. The 2CV was a nice one, it had all the Robri accessories you could think of, which probably made it twice as heavy. Fortunately it had two extra horses in front for pulling. The Buick didn’t need the extra horses as it had plenty by itself. We did like its flashy period rear view mirror. The next edition of InterClassics & TopMobiel will be held from 13 through 15 January 2012.
