Well, well, what have we got here? That’s a 1962 Chrysler in what looks to be a now rare pursuit vehicle appearance, yes. But this picture hides a lot more mystery than just that. Why, for instance, are those office men standing in front of it, clearly enjoying themselves? And why do they seem to steal petrol from the convertible? The ‘Operation Empty’ sign will have to do something with that. But what? Has the lady pumped diesel in her car by accident? That seems very unlikely in the USA of the 1960s. Is she the leader of the petrol stealing gang? I don’t think so. She doesn’t seem happy at all, contrary to the men in their suits. And why does she get fined by the officer? Even if it’s only an idea – let us know, as we haven’t got a clue.
