Parking Mysteries around a Studebaker Champion

We picked up this fine weekend snapshot due to the wealth of cars in the background. The beach location is probably Belgium. We split up the picture in a left section and right section for you to help correctly identifying. The lady in the middle is smiling righteously as she probably is acquainted with the owner of the fine  '55 (?) Studebaker Champion. In that time only for the really wealthy.
