Postwar X-mas Puzzle day 6

Technically speaking this abandoned limousine is pre-war. Yet when in 1953 the head of a German automobile company wanted a suitably representative vehicle, the experimental department still had a pre-war chassis lying around and on the basis of that car they developed this chauffeur-driven limousine. After it had been used for some time, it was sold to a US soldier based in Germany, who took it home to the USA. Eventually it ended up in this Texas field where it languished for many years before it was rediscovered.

You can now send in your answers of today and the previous five days, but do so BEFORE Wednesday, January 3 2018. PLEASE click the “Add new comment” box and tell us the six makes and possibly the model names as this will give you bonus points when we have multiple correct answers.
