Like many other Concourses the Fairfield Concours d’Elegance will celebrate the Jaguar E-Type’s 50th birthday. Of course there will be a special class for E-Types, but just like their Pontiac search in 2009 they are now initiating a similar search for two specific E-Types:
1. The lowest chassis serial number vehicle in private ownership
2. The longest ownership by the same, private owner
Each will be specially recognized at the 2011 Concours, If you are interested in submitting your E-Type fill in their entry form telling them the story behind your E-type. And while you're at it, why not send us a copy of your story?
