Although it makes things more difficult in choosing a winner; we like it when your answers to our bi-weekly car puzzle come in large quantities. And we highly expect this may be the case with this entry. A rare car, yes, but you’ll know this swoopy sweety, won't you. Hints? The headwear seen here shouts this car’s origins from the rooftops of, say, the Notre Dame. The car’s base should be easy as pie, too,  just look at the wheels. But that’s enough for now. What we want from you is an answer that meets the demands listed below.
