VW’s hidden treasures

Today’s the last day you’ll be able to visit the Techno Classica in Essen. If you haven’t already done so, be sure to visit the stand of Volkswagen. For this occasion they brought a whole bunch of specials based on their ‘humble’ Beetle. Several well-known coachbuilders have tried their hands on the VW and we must admit, we were quite smitten with many of them. For instance these two very stylish Rometsch Fixed Head Coupe and Convertible designed by Beeskov. But there was also this other very elegant  and lovely Fixed Head Coupe made by Swiss coachbuilder Beutler based on the Beetle platform with Porsche 356 mechanics. Great show!
